Remarks
1. Age : 1-99 year old.
2. For Thai nationality and foreigner holding valid resident/work permit living in Thailand only
3. Does not coverage due to illness of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Complications thereof) before the insurance policy effective date or Pre-Existing condition exclusion.
4. The insured have not been travelling to the High Risks Countries which announced by Ministry of Public Health within 14 days prior to applying for the insurance coverage
5. No coverage is provided in case the insured does not follow international travel advices (WHO) / Thai travel advice (Tourism Authority of Thailand).
6. The insured could choose to purchase the 1 policy per person only.
7. Cover side effects COVID-19 Vaccination that is registered with the Food and Drug Administration. Ministry of Public Health in Thailand only
8. Waiting period of 14 days
9. No underwriting for Messenger, Car driver, Motorcycle Taxi, Constructure worker , Security, Factory working in line product, Mechanical ,Bankrupt and whose job type is at high risk of accidents.
10. Cover 90 days after each vaccination.
